چکیده
Background: The present review aims to examine the way an exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation program affects cardio metabolic risk profile at patients after Myocardial Infarction. Methods: PubMed/Medline and Scopus/Elsevier electronic databases were searched for studies with no publication date limitation. A search strategy was developed based on intersection of 2 themes: logical profile. Results: articles that finally met all inclusion criteria analyzed, screening title, summary, whole text, 4. total 126 myocardial infarction who received examined this review. Conclusion: has demonstrated improves physical activity levels cardiometabolic infraction. All existing literature showed improved results, such as reduction in body weight, increased HDL, blood pressure exercise capacity. presented better results compared classic programs.

متن کاملO2 extraction during exercise determines training effect after cardiac rehabilitation in myocardial infarction.
Correlations between baseline hemodynamic and oximetric variables during an invasive exercise test and an improvement in peak oxygen uptake (peak VO2) after exercise training (ET) were examined in 20 patients who participated in a cardiac rehabilitation program after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Peak VO2 significantly increased by 23 +/- 21% (p < 0.01) after ET and the improvement best co...
